CAN WE VISIT THE DAYCARE BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION ?

Yes, before your first stay, we will invite you and your dog for a first visit to see if he or she will fit in with our other dogs and you will be able to see the place at the same time.

WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE NECESSARY FOR MY DOG ?

We only accept dogs that are up to date with their vaccinations against rabies, canine diseases (distemper, Parvovirus, Rubarth’s hepatitis, Leptospirosis) and kennel cough.

Do I HAVE TO BRING MY DOG’S FOOD ?  

Yes, we strongly recommend that you bring your dog’s usual food for each of his stays at the daycare to avoid any problems associated with a change in diet. If this is not possible, we will choose a meal for your dog that is closest in composition to his usual diet. Food is not included in the daily rate and will be billed in addition at the rate of € 31.99 incl.tax / 5kg bag and € 2.10 incl.tax / 375g box.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH MY DOG ?

The vaccination record/passeport, your dog’s usual food in sufficient quantity, his collar / harness as well as any treatment (medication or other) if necessary. House of Dogs provides the beds, toys, bowls, leashes and brushes.

What happens if my dog is on medication ?  

If your dog needs medication or other treatments, be sure to provide us with the various treatments in sufficient quantity along with veterinary prescriptions. We will administer them in strict accordance with the instructions received. We do not ask for any supplement.

what happens if my dog is on heat ?  

Female dogs on heat cannot be accepted at the daycare.

do you need to book in advance ?

Yes, especially during school vacation periods. Knowing that we accept a very limited number of dogs, remember to book as early as possible to guarantee a place for your dog at House of Dogs.

What are the daycare prices ?

  • 50 euros per day per dog

We do not offer half-day or hourly rates.
Billing is monthly and sent by email before the 1st of the month.
Payment is due by the 10th of the month via bank transfer.
The days of absence reported no later than 7 p.m. on the day before the day in question are deducted from the invoice for the following month.
The days of absence reported after this period or not reported are due.

What are the boarding PRICES ?

  • 75 euros per full day (24h)

Payment is due by bank transfer on receipt of the invoice sent by email following the booking request. 

Calculation of the days invoiced in boarding:

Every day started is a day due.

Example 1: Arrival on Friday morning and departure on Sunday morning = 2 days

Example 2: Arrival on Friday morning and departure on Sunday afternoon = 3 days

Example 3: Arrival on Friday afternoon and departure on Sunday morning = 2 days

Example 4: Arrival on Friday afternoon and departure on Sunday afternoon = 2 days

Do you offer ANY DISCOUNTS ?

We do not offer any discounts related to the size of the dog, the number of dogs or the duration of the stay.

what are the payment options available ?

We only accept payment by bank transfer to :

Payments are due in advance, at the latest at the date of entry of your dog at House of Dogs and are not refundable in the event of early departure.

Will you give us ANY news of our dog during his stay AT daycare or boarding ?

what does a classic day look like at house of dogs ?

7 a.m: Reception open and 1st outing in the garden
1st walk: between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
10 a.m: Meal
2nd walk: between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
3rd walk: between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
4th walk: between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
8 p.m: Meal
11 p.m: Last outing in the garden and in bed!

And throughout the day, each dog will have the opportunity to rest, to participate in games, brushing and of course cuddling at will!
